Lisa has a 25 year track record working for leading real estate investment, development, and management firms in all facets of the property lifecycle. She has been an integral team member in dozens of transactions exceeding $3 Billion dollars relating to all property types.

Since graduating the University of Southern California with a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Ms. Owen has worked in the commercial real estate industry across all product types for leading operators and owners including KSL Resorts, New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Concorde Realty and Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Corp.

Lisa has been an integral team member with deep senior involvement in a variety of transaction types, a few of which are described below.

•  At New Plan Excel  she was responsible for financial modeling and due diligence relating to the $1 billion acquisition of Center America, which included 90 shopping centers throughout Texas.

•  At Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Corp. Lisa participated in the acquisition of more than $1 billion of property and mortgage investments as well as mortgage securitizations.

• At KSL Resorts, Lisa was on the acquisition team for several hotels purchased including: Grand Wailea Resort and Grand Traverse Resort with a combined purchase price exceeding $1 Billion.

• At Benbrooke Realty Group, Ms. Owen was asset manager for a portfolio of 12 shopping centers, including strategic repositioning and leasing.

• At IRG Realty Advisors, Lisa managed more than 2 million square feet of industrial buildings, which included significant leasing and construction projects.

Further, Ms. Owen held positions with prestigious consulting firms - FTI Consulting and Ernst & Young - where she provided clients with key market, valuation and financial reporting to support their projects. She has advised startup investors with the process of initiating investment funds including preparation of pitch decks, underwriting models, sourcing acquisition opportunities for deal pipeline, and fund raising.
